can u believe i've jus had my bath? wahha! reach home at bout 12+ after e movie n i jus couldnt stand nt watching e CSI finale which i recorded n since it's 2 hrs... u can guess e rest... :P

anw, "the island" was great!
really an interestin movie bout clones n tt is really apt in today's world... i cant help but wonder wld all these b e reality 10 or 20yrs down e road, whereby rich ppl can easily cheat death by 'regrowin' another them, extractin e wanted organs n then killing e replica? wld u or me do it even if it's alloweD?
btw, e movie did feel like a gp lesson... jus in a fun-er way... haha! like in e movie, e 'in-charge' n owners kept on refering e clones as 'products'... hm... r they really jus some gds easily exchanged n thrown away or r they actually humans? hard to define ar... but the producers of the show definitely agree with e latter cos in e show, they made e clones fall in love like humans, feel pain like humans, n cry like human (Scarlett Johansson's character teared when she was taken back to e 'non-contaminated' centre, which's basically where all e clones r hidden...)... n if we ever legalise human clonin, will our clone actually outshine us, e original, like how Lincoln6echo r more superior n indirectly killin his owner mr tom lincoln?
anw, one interestin thing i've noted, when e company's ic wanted to kill e clones due to some error, they actually gased them... n hitler jus popped out in my mind, e way he gased e jewish... jus a coincidence or r e producers makin a comparision between e future human n hitler? wld human haf been so 'dehumanised' tt they c no wrong in usin hitler's inhumane gas chamber whenever they deem necessary? or is there still hope since it's shown e owners of e clones know they wun b causin any pain to their products (thus being more humane) as they were actually made to believe the clones wld b sedated?

EEeeWWWWwwWW!!! a day of total disgust! firstly i slept only 2hrs yest... then had to cramp in bus n train to nus, which i had grown to accept already but...! human traffic can really kill! aiyo... hafta wait 4 e 3rd 95 bus b4 (barely) gettin on board!
so finally i reached sch! n it's talks after talks after talks... all e way frm 9am till 5.45pm...SUPPOSEDLY la... cos as usual talks always drag... so e 2ND last talk prob ended at around 5.45pm... so we waited patiently for e last one... 5 mins gone, then 10mins, soon it's 15mins, n then it's 30mins already! now... wher e heck is e lecturer?! so i called e sci departm to realise he had some mixed-up. -.-"' anw, by tt time there were only 20students left cos it was pretty to count anw... n when his talk started, it was already 6.30pm!!! and being an old statistic lecturer, he took his own sweet time, slowly n happily relatin his contents n stories... blaHZ! it was 7.30pm when i finally left e campus... rainin heavily n i forgot to bring my umbrella

now here's e most disgustin irritatin part! as i was gettin on e bus, i suddenly felt somethin against my back so naturally i turned to c this disgustin jerk pushin his big fat tummy against my back... owell! i'll jus assume he's too anxious to siam e rain... wimp! but i shd haf elbowed him n c him vomit out his dinner! n then, halfway through e bus trip, i felt somethin near e side of my head... turned to realise his whole body is like leanin to catch e tv mobile!~!!!!!!! HEYO, DUN U KNOW E BUS IS DAMN CROWDED!?!?! here i m tryin my best to balance myself in this small confined space n there u r 'swayin' away to watch e tv mobile?~! wad e heck?! n i think this lady beside me seemed bothered n disgusted too! FOR GOODNESS SAKE, KEEP UR HEAD TO URSELF! i simply cant believe it... today's 22 july 2005 already, exactly 6mths after my cat passed on... i miss him like crazy! 6 mths... 152 days... 3648hrs... n counting... without him by my side, and nt able to hug n cuddle n squeeze him anymore... this is really hard...
i know whenever i tell my frens bout wad happened to him, i'll b smilin n relatin nicely... but i guess nt many know i'm actually still hurtin frm tt day... wad else can i do? cry in front of them? tt's nt me... my rule: try nt to cry infront of others... dun c e need to spread e mood around right? :)
anw, sometimes i do wonder, y do we haf to care so much n feel so attached to someone, n allowin them to affect(or control) our moods n feelings? y allow ourselves to cry when they decide to step out of our life, abandoning us... b it wif intentions of ever returnin or simply leavin forever? y open our heart, n then to find it being slashed lateR?

QET'S FINALLY OVER! WoohOo! wahaha... nt too bad but cant say i'll do well enuff to b exempted frm e modules... but we'll c... but my sentence structure was so so terrible... my gosh... felt so hopeless n helpless sittin in e hall among all the strangers! n i kept starin into space, lookin alittle retarded i guess... haha... but i was jus tryin to work my hibernatin brain cells!

(or unluckily) i've come across this video b4 so i know wad i'm gettin myself into when i clicked on tt link *skinning of animals in this china market* n thus, more prepared for it but nv FULLY prepared... anw, for e fainthearted or animal lovers...or infact jus anyone watchin this video... i suggest u at least mute it...
anw, tt video is actually taken frm www.furisdead.com... go take a look too ar... but e video is definitely too gruesome for me to watch... first time i manage only bout 1min? only till e part when they hit e animal on e floor... 2nd time? till bout 3mins out of e 16mins plus video... to put it v simply, they hit e animals against e ground to "knock them out", axe off their limbs n skin them... e later 13mins? i haf absolutely no idea... argh! how i hope to crash the skulls of those idiots n skin them alive too!!! y did the 'producer' even bother mosaickin their faces?!?!?@! jus show e whole world who these killers are! wad e heck! y even bother protectin them? e killers know that e animals r still alive when being skinned n those tiny little fellows can feel PAIN for goodness sake!!! really wonder how anyone can haf e heart to do all that...

hm... today i'm gonna talked bout one of sg's hottest topic right now... e NKF saga... tragedy i wld say... n hey u! if u're actually baffled by this, GO READ THE NEWSPAPER RIGHT NOW!!! or haf u been followin SO closely to huang na's trial tt u've actually missed this one out?
anw, back to nkf... o my gosh! wad a shame, wad a scam! wad an abuse of trust, something so powerful yet fragile... n for NKF to win back this trust, i believe sincerity and in their case TRANSPARENCY will help. who raised $67m but gave only $36m for charitable expenses? no prizes for guessing, it's THE NKF...(found frm their own website...this figures r for e 2003 show), so where did the other half go to? mr durai's dearest $990 taps? his OWN car's expenses? o i know! HIS PAY! how can we forget his $600,000 per yr salary n tt delicious bonus? they shd learn frm our government... since they're pretty transparent n we citizens "trust" them so much tt we expect them to help us with EVERYTHING in life, so it seems... so, transparency e ans?
anw, frankly speakin, my family isnt really their 'victims' as we rarely donate to them now...*guess my dad shd b gloating over this now?* we're SO OVERDOSED n sick of charity shows and we do start wonderin do they really need tt much money tt badly? r they tt desperate? come on, it's 3000...oops! 2000 ppl... give others a chance since u all haf enuff for 30-40yrs! went checkup-ing with grace today... nt tt i'm really lookin forward to it (in case u still dunno, i'm extremely lazy!!!) so mafan... still hafta go all e way to nus for it... i simply dun understand y this is neccesary for admission... hm, on wad grounds wld an institution reject e entry? i really wonder wad illness n disease wld cause tt... wun it b some sort of discrimination already? but again, guess they're responsible for e welfare of their students, so it's always better to b careful, in case someone spreads a contagious disease...
anw, back to e checkup, it was so messy!!! directions n instructions nt clear... everyone seems to b in a loss... n today's suppose to b e law's checkup, so everyone's speakin in really 'powderful' english! n we both feel SO OUT OF PLACE! anw, i realise my weighin scale's nt tt accurate cos i'm actually 2-3kg lighter over there! and mind u, my bladder was really full tt time so WAHAHA~ GD! went shoppin wif my mum and bro today and finally bought e bk " The Rape of Nanking"!
had heard great reviews of e bk n i'm really v interested to read it~ anw, it's written by one great historian/author iris chang... pretty sad tt she had passed away already at an age of 36... if i nv rmb wrongly (i'm an extremely forgetful person...so forgive me if i'm wrong...), she committed suicide last yr after sufferin frm depression frm both her work stress and the learnin n understanding of e horrible truth of WW2 (research for her bks...) so yupyup, i believe it'll b a wonderful bk as it's all her efforts n hardwork right frm her heart...
anw, back to e shopping... wow! it's been so so long since i've gone shoppin wif my mum... wanted to donate blood but me being a late-waker and slowcoach, we were late so ended up missin it... anw, though it's jus a simple shoppin trip at tm n cs, n then dinner which my dad joined us... it was really enjoyable!!! i always love sunday! family day! interactn wif them... so had a great time! jus shoppin n chitchatin n laughin...

woohoo!!! went singin with my pals again!!! frm 2pm to 9 pm! 7 hrs straight! shiok woh! ...though as usual we created severe noise pollution...and 'wu ding' by us (nicknamed "The Fatal Song" by celine) was bbbbbbaaaadddddd...but still we gave it a 2nd try to realise we made a wrong decision. :| we laughed at our off-pitchness till we teared...aiyo! too bad no recorder... or else u can listen! sure to make ur day...

and anw, e syllabus can kill! and i thought mine was bad...i rmb this qn v clearly: if ammonia is NH3, what does it consist of? of cos i know it's 1 nitrogen, 3 hydrogen atoms but at pri 5? and what's e symbol for zinc n silver? din we only learned how plants are dispersed?? chemistry? eeekkk... i wld haf hated sci then...
for vocab, inevitable? cumbersome? i din even know these words existed when i was in pri 5...but again, my vocab has always sucks... so mayb these words shd b in anyone's dictionary by pri 5? still, times have indeed changed...

spent half e day at xcape themepark with guiliu n martha... argh, pretty boring... so few rides, so little excitement... but wahaha...despite this, it was a gd screaming time...
during alpha 8, an indoor roller coaster, we screamed when flung around... viking, we screamed even when no one else was cos when we stopped, it was Q U I E T... (underlying meaning, borin ride..), inverter... of cos hafta scream...or else really bao xu guan... flippers, scream again... but we missed e wet&wild! and our 2nd round of daytona go kart! stupid weather... raining... ;|
