finally i can tick one more stuff off my wishlist... an oven!
dragged my bro to takashimaya for free labour(lols), allrite, i treated him to dinner... well, e impt thing is... we've finally gotten an oven!!!! =D
e cab fare back was omg! so suay we missed e off peak hour by 5mins, had to include city charge since we came out frm orchard, then erp, n i paid by nets so another extra 30cents... ... almost 20bucks to get back home...
though this news is afew days old... but still... y lidat...
xiaozhu hurt himself while tryin to save e fans frm fallin - e railin hit him on his right knee...

anw sth terrible almost happened to my family yest...
cos we're using gas in those blue cylinders for cookin. finished ours yest nite so gt it changed... guess sth is wrong wif e nozzle or sth cos there was actually a gas leak which we know nth about! my parents were aslp, n when i went to e kitchen at midnite, e whole kitchen was filled wif gas alr!! jus imagine wad wld haf happened if everyone of my family r early slpers... we may haf jus died in our slp since all e windows in my balcony n livin rm r closed n e only way e gas wld go is our bedrms...
thank goodness we're still alive...

my work ended last fri... my colleagues were really sweet to bring me to parkway for a steamboat lunch... n we had a 2 hours break! wanted to take pics with them but i forgot to bring my cam!!! cldnt take any pics too when i met up wif zoe and yufen for dinner n movie... originally thot Alvin n e Chipmunks wld b bad but turned out pretty ok... i guess at least would b better than AVP2 , which was our only other choice!
went takashimaya yest, huntin for clothes/shoes to spend my vouchers on but i found NONE!! ok, actually saw this really nice Pretty Fit shoes but aiya, still v bu she de to spend 70 bucks worth of vouchers on shoes! wld probabaly use them on an oven! then i can bake (n get fat frm all the eatin) like crazy!! muhaha!!! yea...
haf been bz converting and burning my shows... i haf almost 41gb worth of them! no wonder my bro is naggin...
another thing i haf been bz wif after my last day of work is... watchin Hwang Jin Yi!

my 2nd korean drama, which i only started watchin frm ep11... kinda haf sth against korean drama cos my first one - jiayou jin shun - din turn out v gd cos i felt it was too draggy! but luckily this one is gd, at least it kept me glued to my monitor for hours straight, wantin to find out how things turn out for this poor girl, who's kinda forced to b a courtesan... but yet nv givin up when faced wif challenges, competitions, and e ups & downs of life... her solutions r alw simply brilliant~ n get to c n understand e tragic lives of e other courtesans too~ great drama~
in a few days' time, i'll be back to sch... timetable is again bad... but guess i'm kinda used to it alr... 5days week, haf freakin long tues, 10am to 8pm! it's jus so irritatin tt i alw kena 6pm lects, how many will still be awake enuff to concentrate?! and endin at 6pm for e rest of e week apart frm wed...
OMAN!!!!!! y cant i even get an "okay" timetable for my last sem?!
